The story of a photographer
I have been taking photographs for as long as I can remember. I have memories of using my parents' 35mm camera and how cool I thought it was to roll out the film to get it started. Film, disposable, cell phone, DSLR...it didn't matter to me what kind of camera it was, as long as I could take a picture. To me, pictures represent moments in time. Moments that are happy, sad, once in a lifetime, or life changing. As a wife and a mother, I have come to cherish moments in new ways. Photography has always been a super power to me. The ability to stop time and seal a memory in a snapshot is priceless. It is so special and humbling to be the person to capture moments for someone. Andy Warhol said it best when he said "The best thing about a picture is that it never changes. Even when the people in it do."
